User-Defined Fields (UDFs)

User-defined fields, also known as categories, let you organize the elements of mailings to be able to organize Dashboard charts or to group rows of data in eReports and Insight Builder. The values of UDFs are defined by your organization.

Each of the following objects can include a number of user-defined fields:

• Audiences
• Campaigns
• Cells
• Content
• Mailings
